At PawJoy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at pawjoygo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, lick mats and feeding products that have been used cannot be returned.
