How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery to the United States usually takes 5 to 8 business days after processing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your order. The available rate can vary by product, address, and current fulfillment settings.
Can I track my order?
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items should be unused and in original condition. To start a return, email us at pawjoygo@gmail.com.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
How long does a refund take?
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Our products are selected for everyday pet-care routines, but pets should be supervised when using new toys, grooming tools, feeders, or walking accessories.

Checkout currently supports major credit cards and PayPal where available.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout. PawJoy does not store full card details.
